CANCELLATION POLICY

I REQUIRE a minimum 24 hours notice before cancellation. If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel it through the email that was sent. If you booked your appointment through other means, please send an email to jadechanhair@gmail.com

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that life can get hectic and things happen. However, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be guaranteed service and could be asked to reschedule.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I strive to ensure every client leaves happy. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days to discuss your options. Please note that I do not offer refunds on completed services. However, I will gladly work to adjust your hair to your liking.

REMINDERS

If you booked through online booking, you will be sent reminders for your appointment. However, this is just a courtesy. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

SERVICE PRICING

Please note that my listed prices are starting rates and vary based on your hair's length, thickness, and history. For complete transparency, I will always quote you on your service before we begin so that you know how much the total cost will be.
